Warranty information
Products sold by Pamario Dviratis are covered by statutory consumer guarantees under Lithuanian law. Any manufacturer's commercial warranty is additional and does not replace mandatory consumer rights.
1. Statutory guarantee
The seller is generally responsible for non-conformities that become apparent within two years of delivery, subject to the applicable statutory rules and exceptions. Statutory protection applies whether or not a manufacturer provides an extra warranty.
2. Reporting a problem
Contact greitakoja@gmail.com or +370 652 77698. Please provide the product name, order or purchase details and a clear explanation of the issue. Photographs or a video may help us assess the problem.
3. Available remedies
Where provided by law, you can first request free repair or replacement. If these remedies cannot be provided appropriately, or where other statutory conditions apply, remedies may include a proportionate price reduction or termination of the contract. Not every fault arising during use is a manufacturing defect or a lack of conformity.
4. Additional protection when choosing repair
Under provisions applicable from 31 July 2026, where the statutory conditions are met, choosing repair instead of replacement extends the statutory guarantee by one year. This rule applies to qualifying products purchased on or after that date.
5. Commercial warranties and maintenance
Any additional manufacturer's warranty comes with its own period and conditions, usually described in the product documentation. Follow the applicable assembly, use and maintenance instructions. A commercial warranty cannot remove mandatory statutory rights.
6. Sending an item for assessment
Please agree on the inspection or repair process with the shop before shipping a product. Reasonable return costs for a justified non-conformity claim are borne by the seller. The absence of original packaging does not in itself remove statutory rights.
