- Order and delivery data: contact details, an address or selected parcel locker, items ordered and order and payment status.
- Correspondence: messages, support requests, returns and complaints.
- Technical information: login, session, error and security records needed to operate the website; where analytics is used, data collected in line with your cookie choices.
We do not ask you to send payment card numbers or card security codes by email.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Accounts and fulfilling orders: taking steps to enter into and perform a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Invoicing, bookkeeping and statutory obligations: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- Customer support and security: legitimate interests where applicable (Art. 6(1)(f)).
