Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to goods ordered from the “Pamario Dviratis” online shop. Before placing an order, please read these terms, the delivery and returns information, and the Privacy Policy.

1. Seller and contact information

Shop name: Pamario Dviratis (also known as Dviračių centras).
Legal seller: A. Višinskienės įmonė (Lithuanian individual enterprise).
Company registration number: 177400346.
VAT number: LT774003419.
Register: Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania.
Registered office, shop and customer service address: Turgaus g. 2, LT-99133 Šilutė, Lithuania.
Telephone: +370 652 77698.
Email: greitakoja@gmail.com.
Website: www.greitakoja.lt.

Please contact the Seller about orders, payments, deliveries, returns and complaints. The Seller, rather than the payment service provider, is responsible for the sales contract, fulfilment, statutory remedies and complaint handling.

2. Products and orders

2.1. The shop offers bicycles, e-bikes, parts for scooters and ATVs, bicycle components, accessories and other products displayed on the website. Main characteristics, availability, price and any applicable warranty details are provided on the relevant product page.

2.2. The Customer selects products and quantities, adds them to the basket, enters accurate contact and delivery details, chooses an available delivery and payment method, and checks the final total before confirming the order.

2.3. Before submitting an order, the Customer must be shown the ordered products, total price, delivery charges and payment method. The action that commits the Customer to pay must be clearly identified.

2.4. The Seller sends an acknowledgement of receipt to the email address provided. If a product cannot be supplied, the Seller informs the Customer without undue delay, offers an appropriate lawful solution and promptly refunds any payment received for goods that cannot be supplied.

2.5. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of submitted details. Any correction should be requested as soon as possible. An address change after payment authorisation may require additional verification.

3. Prices and promotions

3.1. All displayed prices are in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes, including VAT. Any delivery and other additional charges are shown separately before the Customer confirms the order.

3.2. The final amount payable is shown before the order is placed. In case of an obvious technical pricing error, the Seller contacts the Customer and does not impose a higher price without the Customer's consent.

3.3. Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to the clearly displayed conditions, duration and any exclusions. Announcements of price reductions comply with the applicable rules on prior-price information.

4. Payment and Paysera

4.1. Only the payment methods actually displayed at checkout are available. When Paysera payment collection has been activated, online payments are processed through the Paysera payment environment; the banks, cards and other payment methods offered depend on the enabled integration.

4.2. Before confirming an online payment, the Customer sees the amount payable in EUR. The selected payment account or card is debited when the payment is authorised or confirmed in accordance with the payment provider's rules. Processing of the order begins after confirmation of payment unless otherwise expressly agreed.

4.3. Payments may require security authentication provided by the bank or payment provider, for example 3-D Secure / strong customer authentication. Card details are processed in the relevant secure payment environment; the Seller never asks Customers to email card credentials.

4.4. If payment fails or is declined, the order is not considered paid. For questions about an order, refund or disputed transaction, the Customer should contact the Seller using the contact details above.

5. Delivery and collection

5.1. Goods are delivered within Lithuania using the delivery methods and to the destinations offered during checkout. Delivery to other countries is available only if explicitly offered before purchase.

5.2. Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times are shown before payment, considering the item's size, weight and destination. Unless another period has been agreed, the Seller delivers the goods no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded, subject to applicable statutory exceptions.

5.3. Where offered at checkout, goods may be collected from Turgaus g. 2, Šilutė. The Customer is notified when an order is ready for collection.

5.4. Customers are encouraged to inspect packages on arrival and report transport damage promptly. Any delay in reporting does not remove statutory consumer rights. The risk of accidental loss or damage generally passes when the Customer or a person nominated by them, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

6. Cancelling before dispatch

To cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched, the Customer should email greitakoja@gmail.com as soon as possible, providing the order number. Where cancellation is possible before dispatch, the Seller confirms it and arranges a refund. After dispatch, the statutory distance-selling withdrawal rights below may apply.

7. Fourteen-day right of withdrawal

7.1. Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions.

7.2. To exercise this right, the Consumer may send a clear statement to greitakoja@gmail.com before the deadline. The model form in section 11 may be used but is not mandatory. If an order is delivered in separate parcels, the applicable deadline is calculated from receipt of the final item as provided by law.

7.3. The Consumer must return or dispatch the goods without undue delay and within 14 days after notifying withdrawal. Returns may be sent to Turgaus g. 2, LT-99133 Šilutė, Lithuania, after arranging the return method. The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning conforming goods unless the Seller expressly agrees to cover it.

7.4. The Consumer may inspect and test the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as would be permitted in a physical shop. The Consumer may be liable for diminished value resulting from excessive handling in accordance with the law. Opening packaging alone does not automatically remove the right of withdrawal.

7.5. Legal exceptions may apply, for example to goods made to the Consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, and to other cases prescribed by Article 6.228(10) of the Lithuanian Civil Code. A discounted price alone is not an exception.

8. Refunds

8.1. Following a valid withdrawal, the Seller refunds all sums received under the contract, including the cost of standard delivery where applicable, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. Extra costs resulting from the Customer choosing a more expensive delivery option than standard delivery need not be refunded.

8.2. Where permitted by law, the Seller may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or the Consumer supplies evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

8.3. Refunds are made through the same payment method used for the original transaction unless the Consumer expressly agrees otherwise and incurs no additional charge. Refunds of payments made via Paysera are processed using the relevant payment channel.

9. Defective goods and statutory guarantees

9.1. The Seller is responsible for conformity of goods with the contract and complies with statutory consumer remedies. These rights apply independently of any commercial manufacturer's or Seller's warranty; rights concerning non-conformity generally apply for two years from delivery, subject to applicable law.

9.2. To report a defect, contact greitakoja@gmail.com with the order details and a description, optionally including photographs. Depending on the circumstances and the law, a Consumer may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract.

9.3. The Seller bears justified return and necessary shipping costs for defective or non-conforming goods. Statutory rights are not forfeited simply because the original packaging is unavailable.

10. Personal data, complaints and disputes

10.1. Personal data required to process orders are handled in accordance with GDPR and the shop's Privacy Policy. Payment-related information is shared with the chosen payment providers, including Paysera and, where applicable, acquiring partners, in accordance with applicable law and their privacy rules.

10.2. Please submit complaints in writing to greitakoja@gmail.com or by post to Turgaus g. 2, LT-99133 Šilutė, Lithuania. The Seller examines the Consumer's written complaint and provides a reasoned response within 14 calendar days.

10.3. If a dispute cannot be resolved with the Seller, Consumers may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (VVTAT) at vvtat.lrv.lt or pursue their rights before a competent court. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

11. Model withdrawal form

You may copy and email this form; its use is optional.

12. Final provisions

12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Mandatory consumer protection provisions prevail over any inconsistent term.
