Returns and refunds

1. Suitable goods purchased online

Consumers generally have 14 calendar days from receiving an item to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions.

Email greitakoja@gmail.com with your order number, item and contact details before the end of the withdrawal period. You must return or send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us. Please arrange a suitable return method in advance.

2. Return costs and refunds

The customer generally bears the direct cost of returning conforming goods if properly informed before purchase, unless agreed otherwise. Applicable refunds, including the cost of standard delivery, are made within the statutory deadline, generally within 14 days after the withdrawal notice. Where permitted, the seller may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or proof of dispatch is provided. Refunds normally use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

3. Inspection and exceptions

You may inspect a product to the extent necessary to establish its nature and function. Excessive handling may result in liability for diminished value. Opening a package alone does not automatically remove your withdrawal rights. Exceptions may include products made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised items, and other cases listed in applicable law.

4. Faulty or non-conforming goods

If an item appears defective, contact us with a description, order details and photographs where possible. Depending on the circumstances, your rights may include repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract. Reasonable return costs for a justified non-conformity claim are borne by the seller.

5. Purchases made in the physical shop

Suitable goods bought in a physical shop are governed by separate Lithuanian retail rules and exemptions. The distance-contract 14-day withdrawal procedure does not automatically apply.
